C. Frazier Evans is the Senior Economist at Liberty Funds Group and a Managing Director of Liberty Fund Distributor, Inc. Mr. Evans has been with Liberty since 1967 during which time he has held positions such as Director of Investment Research and Portfolio Manager of several equity funds. He received his B.A. degree from Yale University. He also attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Donna Marsella is a portfolio investment specialist for stable value and fixed income enhanced strategies and mutual funds. She joined Scudder in 2000 after 26 years of experience that included managing fixed income and asset-allocation portfolios at John Hancock, Mass Mutual, Connecticut Mutual, State Mutual Life Assurance and Rhode Island Hospital Trust National Bank. Ms. Marsella has a BS from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA from Bryant College.

Michael Kauffelt has been the Chief Investment Officer at Bill Few Associates for the past nine years. In addition to maintaining the overall investment philosophy of the firm, Mike is also the acting CEO and President. Mr. Kauffelt earned a degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Texas and has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. Mike teaches for Carnegie Mellon University’s Academy of Lifelong Learning and is a regular commentator on WPGH Fox News.
